All sales of discounted or "on-sale" merchandise are final.

Full price merchandise purchased from SharMackey.com may be returned via any mail carrier for a full refund or exchange if:

(a) The merchandise is returned within 15 days of delivery,

(b) The merchandise is unused and unaltered, and

(c) The merchandise is returned in its original packaging with the original invoice.

The value of returned merchandise not meeting the above requirements will not be refunded. Shipping and Handling charges of the returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

If you purchased Shar Mackey handbags or jewelry from a retail store, please contact that store for their return policy. Please contact Shar Mackey customer service via telephone at (818) 855-1737 between 10 AM and 5 PM PST prior to returning any merchandise, and include a notice with the shipped merchandise specifying what items you are returning for refund and/or exchange. Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise for refund, Shar Mackey will credit your account within 14 business days, and such credit will appear on the next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise for exchange, Shar Mackey will exchange the returned merchandise for another Shar Mackey product of equal or lesser value. The difference between the value of the original purchase and the exchanged merchandise will be credited to your account, as above.

You will receive notice of Shar Mackey's receipt of returned merchandise by telephone or email. All returned merchandise should be mailed to:

Each Shar Mackey.com order comes with standard UPS shipping and handling charges. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available via UPS for an additional charge. Please allow for 2-3 days from the date of purchase for your merchandise to be shipped. Shipping costs apply to each shipment, if ordered merchandise is shipped to multiple addresses.

In the event that we process an order incorrectly, or if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, Shar Mackey will replace or refund the value of the merchandise. To arrange the replacement of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Shar Mackey customer service by telephone at (818) 855-1737 between 10 AM and 5 PM PST or via email.

When an order is placed, the merchandise will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser so long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions set forth on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for merchandise purchased from this Web Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with any carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
